Poor service and didn't get my change.

I am very angry at the service I received today at your Fourways branch. The ignorance... 1st I received my order without cold drinks I mean who misses cold drinks for a meal that comes with cold drink. And then they didn't give me my change... One of your tills will be over with R26.30 if the ladies working there didn't pocket it.... I am very unhappy and will be posting this on your wall and hello Peter I bought 3 hot wings delaux meals with buddies and received the meals. I gave the lady R200 she then said she doesn't have change. I then get my meals with no cold drink I had to go back for my cold drink. She also didn't give my change I still didn't get my change I had to rush to the office as this was on my lunch hour mxm... I'm very unhappy as I ama very big fan of chicken licken oh and I bought sauce as well????????
