poor service and bad attitude from manager

I bought chicken licken last night from Chicken Licken Crossroads Newcastle. The first piece that I took from the box was green and slimy inside. I took the box of chicken back to Chicken Licken. The Manager was called. He inspected the chicken an said its his spice that is green . After demanding a refund which he refused I turned to you.
