Poor Service

I've ordered the 8 hotwings meal that was round about 17:17pm and I waited so long for my order people that came way after me got their orders while the staff are busy talking has no order of work at all just throwing the customer receipt there in no order I only got my order after 30-45 minutes of waiting and having to ask for it.
