Poor service

So the chicken licken at jubilee mall hammanskraal staff decided to clean while we’re queuing outside waiting for them to open after load shedding, like really? Couldn’t they clean while there was no electricity? So disappointing we’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes outside as if we’re going to get freebies. Hammanskraal staff you should be ashamed.
