poor service

<p>I went to chicken licken in town Commissioner street on the 1st of March 2017. I placed my order (#1549) at 17:44 only to find that they skipped it I ended up getting it at 18:45 and that lady (Simphiwe Ndima) didn't even apologise, I don't know maybe she thought I would cause a scene which I didn't . I'm so disappointed.. I'll never eat chicken licken ever again in my life.</p>
