POOR SERVICE

Yesterday on the 16th March 2020 I went to chicken licken Thohoyandou Thavhani mall. I ordered 'feed my cravings' at 19:51 and some couple of seconds towards 19:52 time. I was told that the order will take 15 minutes. I waited together with other customers up-to 20:25) when the order came out. what worried me most together with others was that the order took longer time than we were told/promised. The staff never came to ask to apologize that the orders are delaying due to ..... whatever the reason. All of them were on their duties, cleaning, removing dust bins and other things. Few people went forward to complain , but there was no remorse or full explanation why the orders are taking more time than the 15 minutes we were told.
