Poor service

On the 2nd of March i went to chicken licken in pta north at about 8pm i purchased hot wings a big john burger and 2 lunch meals only to find when i arrived home 1 lunch meal and the hot wings snack is still raw. Im discussed with the service, unacceptable to say the least. My order number is 3434
