Poor service

So disappointed having drive all the way from Kidds Beach to chicken licken on 211 Oxford street in East London. Got there at 20h20, but the drive through was slow not sure why, 30 min later I tried to order normal chicken but they only had hot, of which I order rock my soul 6 and 6 wings, only to get home and there 4 pieces of chicken, meaning 2 missing. Can you imagine driving this distance for such poor service, due to someone not counting?
