Poor Service

On the 15th July, I drove from my work 144 Braaimficher to Chicken Licken, Shop 1, IHS House, 220 Bram Fischer Dr, Kensington B, Randburg, 2194, 2.2 kelimeters away. I placed an order (Order#1016) for R301.30, I drove back to work, only to find that my order was missing a Barry Blaze soft drink. I drove back to the shop to collect my drink, and to be reimbursed for my Petrol, and for my time (especially because I was at work). The lady (Peggy Phakathi) and her Manager (Mr Dube) apologized but could not reimburse me for my Petrol and time I took from work (compromised my work). Petrol is high, Tax is high and Jobs are hard to find, unfortunately the apology is recognized and acknowledged but it does not pay for my Petrol and time wasted.
