Poor service

I went to the chicken Licken in dobsonville its alleged that the drive or fly thru is a 24 hour franchise when I got to the store we were turned back by the security seeing other patrons go in we got in as we placed our order we were told that there was no food left and when we were told to wait 15 minutes to wait for the chicken which took almost 45 minutes before we got our order the service we received is absolutely disgusting and we as patrons from the area we demand for change as this would not happen in the suburbs
