Poor service

Very dissatisfied with the poor service at Chicken Licken Gezina. Ordered and receivedy receipt at 08:57:37 on Thursday 1 October 2026. The order window and pay window staff confirmed I'll receive my order within 4 minutes. But unfortunately I received my order at 09:21. That's more than 20 mins waiting on a single sandwich. All other customers that waited outside for their orders eventually went into the restaurant to go get their orders. Very poor service especially while on Google it mentioned that the restaurant is under new management.
