Poor quality of food, not ideal to serve to customers

Had two bad experiences with the new Chicken Licken branch just recently opened on Ontdekkers road in Newlands. The Chicken was soaked in oil , oil literally dripping from the packet , the utensils like the serviettes and salt were even soaked in oil. The second time I bought on Saturday evening again the same thing, chicken soaked in oil, this should not be sold to customers it can make people sick, I took it back and they exchanged my meals however the same issue chicken was not drained properly oil dripping out the bag
