Poor quality at west street beachfront branch

I purchased a 9 piece meal from Chicken licken west street, near the beach front. To my absolute disgust when i got home and opened the box the chicken was fried so many times that it was almost black. The chips was also fried so many times they were rock hard. There is clearly no quality control at that branch. this is a franchise and i should be able to get quality at any branch. but this was disgusting to say the least. Do they think we are desperate to give us such a poor quality meal. this is highly unacceptable.
