Poor Quality

<p>I purchased from your Mall of Africa branch on Saturday morning (17-02-2017). order number 1029 at 10:37am. I was extremely disappointing in the quality of the product. It was not at all freshly made and it tasted like the previous days chicken. There was also an uneven number of the types of wings normally given. It was hard and dry and clearly visible that it was not made the same day. It was the same as when you leave chicken in the fridge and and have it the next day. I called your store and the staff seemed not too concerned about the issue and indicated that the previous days chicken is always discarded. I believe not and i think that some of your stores are not following that process. I will not return to that branch and I given the branch a poor review on Google. But this probably does not matter to Chicken Licken. The purchase was not a large value but you expect reasonable quality when purchasing. Your website does not accept complaints. Returns an error when trying to complain. Don't like complaints?</p>
