Poor management skill

I bought lunch meal on the 30 June at park central using my bank card to my surprise on the 06 July they took the same amount from my bank account and I contacted my bank to check what was going on ,only to find out that it’s Chicken Licken fault.took the bank statement to the same store I spoke to the manager she was giving me attitude and she said they will call me even today I even had any thing from them 😡
