Poor Listening Skills

I got to chicken licken this morning it was not full just 2 or 3 people there, I ordered a soul sister deluxe and specifically asked the lady very nicely not to add the breast part cause I do not enjoy it and she said ok. I am rushing I had no time to check cause I presumed it was a simple request that didn't need a follow up... now after driving all the way to work my meal has a breast portion in it!!! Really!!!! Am I now expected to drive all the way to get this rectified... Train your staff to listen and do as the customer requests because if policy says we cannot choose the meat we want then she should have said so!! PATHETIC SERVICE
