Poor customer service, rude and unwelcoming

Drove through chicken licken to order and when I wanted to add was rudely told the order has been placed. Poor customer service and not customer orienteted. Proper training needs to be done to teach good customer service. Every customer is important .we all contribute to the growth of the business and the moment you are rudely treated you wouldn't want to go back there
