Poor customer service

At 17:47 Friday the 30th of May I went to chicken licken Birch Acres the level of disrespect and showing no disregard whatsoever for me as a customer, they did not even respond to my questions it was as if they do not understand a word that I was saying or it was as I'm talking to myself even after asking for the manager they just looked at me as if I'm crazy
