Poor customer service

On 30th of November 2025 at night while raining, I visited Viking petrol station branch and unfortunately received poor customer service. The staff member and supervisor were extremely rude towards me and my colleague we experienced slow service after purchasing our meals then went to buy on another ratuarant while waiting our orders, we came back to collect but a dirty guy I think is the security approaches and tell us we are not allow to enter inside with other restaurants package,then we responded we not gonna dinne inn we only collecting and leave but we never allowed they canceled our order and we were given our money back as the supervisor instructed so .This made my experience unpleasant and below the standard I normally expect from Chicken Licken.
