Poor customer service and unfair trading

Hi, i have a problem with Chicken Licken Dobsonville because they don't practice good customer service. I went there on the 5th March 2022 wanting to buy 12 pcs of chicken. I asked them not to put white chicken meat because there is no one who eats it at home and we end up throwing it away and its waste of money, she then responded that they mix chicken pieces altogether and they cant not not add it. I also then cancelled the order because i don't want to buy something i don't want and that I'm not happy about. I then went to KFC where they give whatever is ordered.
