POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIRTY MEAL

I bought lunch meal at Chicken licken on the 25th of August in Mafikeng at total garage and the meat had feathers I even have a picture of that and it's not the first time I had a bad experience with chicken licken , the first experience was at potchefstroom where I found a worm inside lattice in a burger (big john) and when I went to complain they gave me a free meal and a refund... besides that customer service is very poor so I'm never going there again.
