Poor customer service

I have never experienced such a poor customer service at Orlando East. The staff there were very hostile and unprofessional. They run the business like a feeding scheme as they won’t let you choose your own pieces. There is no disclosure or T&C’s that stipulates that you as the customer cannot choose your own pieces. I spoke the manager and he was very unprofessional and made excuses.
