Poor customer service

I am a pregnant woman and I am at Chicken licken in Alexandra (Wynberg Branch) I have never been treated so unfairly in my life. I ordered a meal whilst waiting I decide to go outside to sit on a chair of which I assumed that nobody was sitting there, there comes a guy and demands me to get up, I then decide to go inside to go enquire if are chairs allowed outside so I can also grab mine and sit as it was hot inside, a cashier then decides to ask her Manager by the name of Thandeka, she then responds saying they are not allowed, I then ask her about the guy sitting outside on a chair...She pretended to be calling the guy outside but she stopped Few minutes later I see another guy sitting on the very same chair with 2 beers in front of him.

The guy wasn't in Chicken licken uniform, he wasn't a customer either. But he got an exceptional service

So is it how the customer service is served in Chicken licken? It's Terrible! This is soo unfair I will never buy your food ever again!!!!
