Poor Customer Service

Yesterday 23-03-2025 around 18:36 I went to order at Chicken Licken Beachroad in Summerstrand and their customer service was very back.When I was ordering I was told that the meat would take about 20mins to be ready.We waited outside and went to check again after 20 mins the was not ready we were told to wait it’s coming.We waited for another 20mins with no communication from the staff until I went to ask where is our order ,the time was about 19:15 we were told that we should wait it will be ready in 3mins but we received our order on 19:20.For a huge establishment as Chicken I found the treatment so unprofessional and very poor.I had the worst experience there
