Poor customer service

Today I decided to go buy food from chicken licken Newtown Junction mall the service was great. But then I got to the office to eat my lunch I found out that my meat was off I ate the fries as I was hungry then decided to call them and I spoke to Thabo or Thabani who I assumed that his the manager told him my story and he said that he would be able to refund me and compensate with the food. But then when I got to the store after work he changed his story saying that he can't compensate me but he will refund me. So I told him again that on the phone u said that you will do both but now his changing his story. Please assist as this is not the first time getting food like that and I didn't report it but now I'm very upset because I was hungry the whole day from 12 till now what do I need to do in such case this is very unacceptable poor customer service.
