Poor customer service

On the 21-10-2017 i bought 2 burgers and 4 pieces of chicken only to find out that i was given only 3 pieces but i paid for 4, i called them and i was told i can come back for my 1 piece and if i can't then the following day, i drove back ended up leaving the whole meals that i fully paid for because the service that i got when i went back made me lose my appetite. So much for the craving ? also tried to calling the customer care but it's not answered.
