Poor customer service

Hello Peter today was at chicken licken Vandabijilpark CBD, was my first time being there and the experience I got there was unacceptable.i waited for an order for about 30 minutes,it was after work when I decided to buy something for my family,I knocked off at 6pm went straight to chicken licken ordered 8 piece for R147,I'm staying in Orange Farm after u started complaining the cashier told the other stuff member to make my order quickly...that's not how it's supposed to happen...how can I wait for 8 piece for 30 minutes? No I'm not thinking for myself only but for others.. customer service is very poor,I'm disappointed in the company.
