Poor Chicken licken Service

Worst experience ever with the Arbour Crossing branch, The telecom does not work so i gave them a call while waiting in line to advise them politely that the telecom is not working and many cars behind us are struggling with placing their orders as they are unaware, The manager ended up screaming & being absolutely rude and loud, I did advise him that i will report him & he needs to speak to me properly because I am not yelling at him, he then proceeded to tell me that i can do whatever i wanted. Please do not put people in positions that they cannot handle! It is highly frustrating as a customer dealing with a manager that cannot handle stress or pressure of a position he is *********** to be in
