Poor/ Bad service

I am disappointed with the service I received today. Its bad enough that chicken licken doesn't deliver, they are not even on Ubber eats or mr delivery . So we are expected to que and wait for the longest time, Not taking into consideration that after buying we still need to go back to work. I waited at chicken licken for more than 30 minutes waiting for a meal of wings, people that came after me left before me, the stuff is all over the show and one person is doing the distribution of the food. I mean if you are situated in a place like Midway mews best believe that your customers are are working class,they ha if lunch is 30 minutes and you expect me to wait 30 minutes for the food what does that mean, it means you don't think for your customers. As a business you need to be proactive not reactive.
