Poor and pathetic service

I was refused to be given a meat and told that I must wait while they are still preparing it. it was sad because I could see the meat from where I was and when I asked they said is for customers that paid and left. it was 21H56 and they are closing at 10H00. now the question is what time will those customers come to collect? is something fishy here? asking for manager was the most heartbreaking decision I've ever made. when I asked for the manager's name I was told they do not have pens in their restaurant. when I check the invoice the cashier name was Kutloano.
