pooorr customer service

This is the second time I went to this outlet with poor customer service , firstly I bought wings I was not given a plastic ( carry bag ) for that cashiers just assumes your menu without even asking what you want , service was poor still waited for 20 min for my wings , secondly today I went again same menu wings and I still waited for more than 10 min still why can't chicken licken hire more kitchen staff should one wait and die of hunger if it wasn't for my receipt I would have demanded my money back and bought food somewhere clearly chicken licken doesn't care about its customers.
