Please get your house in order

I went to your store last night. Placing an order was a nightmare worse thing was when we had to collect our orders the lady who was giving us our orders was not calling out the order numbers, Customers were pushing their way to the front to hand in their slips. That was a problem cos people were rude to each other because of your incompentent staff members. She did not have any name tag. There were lots of our orders on the kitchen counter but was very unhelpful. The was one customer who asked for his refund due to how things were handled. We waited for our food for too long. i waited for my meal for about 25 minutes. not sure if you were still slaughtering the chickens or whether you had gone to the farm to get the potatoes. <br> People were very frustrated. I was so ****ed off as this is not the first time that i have had such a bad experience at your store. All i am asking for is a good service. Please get your house in order. we deserve a good service<br> <br>
