Phone orders

Good day,

On Thursday 13th June 2019 at about 12H15 I phone Chicken Licken from work and placed an order and I spoke to Isaac who happens to be the Manager to my surprise I got there at 13H33 and my order was not even prepared. Asked them to call a manager for me Boom Isaac rocks up as if he knows me he said he thought it was best for them to prepare my order upon my arrival as according to his experience I was going to be furious to get cold food

Now I asked him whose decision was it not to prepare my food? He said his. So I asked again If I was that stupid to use my phone to place an order? As I did that to eliminate waiting but still I had to wait and then there was this cashier who also had a bad Attitude as I had to as if my order was prepared or are they busy preparing it? She said It was never placed.

Kindly assist in making Isaac understand what a phone order means clearly he does not know
