Phone always on hook

<p>I am a fan of hotwings and I love my Hotwings , but each time i call chicken licken boulders i never get through, on Friday the 18th and 25th and then again on the 28th and 29th of november when i got to the shop i asked the ladies at the till as to why they dont pick up the phone because i prefer ordering over the phone or having delivery as my order is always a big order , the response I got was that the ring tone of the phone is too low sometimes they cant hear it , what i am asking myself is if they have identified the problem that the tone is low why dont they get a solution to it? must the customers suffer? I bet i am not the only one that has called chicken licken boulders and never been attended to! how unproffessional!!! WOW!!!</p>
