Paying for good you dont receive or want

Saturday 06/06/2015 17h05 I decided to get fast foods for the above outlet. we waited out turn to be assisted and requested a breast portion on one of the meals and was told it was in order. We await for our order number to be called in order to receive our food.My 9 year old daughter obviously whilst preparing her with basic principles on life, hands her receipt to the gentleman over the counter, we are ignored and another customers comes barging from behind us and puts his hand forward with his receipt and he is helped first. So like a normal human being, question the cashier and was told\ well I didn't see you"with a very casual attitude no apologies and please don't even think an apology would be in order as he did nothing wrong.We hand him two receipts and he does put the salad which I paid for separetly in our bag. I am quite disgusted with this attitude and level of service standards."""
