Pathetic Service Yet again from this store

Walked into the branch to make a purchase for lunch. No greeting or smile from the cashier, asked me what I wanted to which I responded. Wanted to make a purchase with my debit card for R17 as I had no cash available to which I was rudely told no purchases below R20. I asked her why and without and real empathy I was rudely told speak to the manager thats the policy. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it. Finally the manager Denis came and told me the same thing. I asked him again for her name and after almost 5 mins of asking and causing a scene he gave it. This store is run by people who have no cust centricty. They treat people with disrespect and no common courtesy. The staff are always more interested in talking to themselves rather than paying attention to the customers. I am so disgusted by this as you would think that in this day and age a large franchise like this would allow for visa purchases like all the other stores as opposed to CHASING customers away.
