Pathetic service with Uber eats

I placed an order on the 27th of September, the app clearly asks for your full address however when I looked at the app I see that the driver was a minute away I then sent him a message asking him if his here so I can go outside as he would need to come in at the bottom thru the guards, the driver did not respond I then went outside and waited only too find 2 other Uber guys there but not for me, I waited outside for 10 minutes and there was no driver I then came back inside and checked my phone only to see the driver took a picture of the outside of the company without even coming in and left, I laid complaints with Uber eats and the only thing they said was I'm not eligible for a refund I then called chicken liken the branch I ordered from only for them to say the driver did not come back with my meal which only means he had ate it as it also was marked on the trip that it's been delivered, I have been trying to explain this to Uber and they just ignore all emails.
