Pathetic service in chicken Licken branch

I am disappointed in the service I received at this store in Newcastle, I couldn't do a purchase because the store manager says it is not allowed to tap using the phone, wow at this day and age. I wonder if that is done in all Chicken Licken or it is Newcastle branch only
