Pathetic Service from the guy called Loyd Mokoena

I ordered 12 wings from Chicken Licken, Order number: 20250 for delivery at work. I check prices rom the internet. I ordered 12 wings @ R37.90 however when the order arrive, the price has changed to R49.90. I called the store and spoke to Loyd Mokoena and explained everything to him. he advised that he is aware that the price hasn't change from the internet and said they (chicken Licken) hasn't upload the new menu. I told him that if I knew the menu according to my pocket, I wouldn't have ordered so I am expecting to pay the price I saw. He was VERY RUDE! he said to me that if I dnt want pay, I must return the driver with food. he did not come up with a solution. I spent whole day without eating due to disappointment at Chicken Licken. SERVICE I RECEIVE AS CLIENT IS PATHETIC! I REGRET PLACING AN ORDER!!!
