Pathetic service from the boulders chicken licken Midrand

I went to boulders chicken licken in Midrand and I was assisted by Dineo Ramatsoma, I wanted to buy 5 pieces of chicken without centre breast but she told me that it's a must to add centre breast in 5 pieces, so because I don't want it I decided to buy soul fire for R58 but she told me it's R60, I said I don't want chips I want the one for R58 because I can see it on display and she told me that it's not available which I didn't understand because I can also see the chicken inside there, the lady was so rude and ready to embarass me so I agreed to pay R60, when I collect my meal it was 3 pieces with chips and centre breast , same things which I said I don't want but were included, I wanted to cancel the order and get refund but was told that no refund if its card payment I will have to wait for 7 days to get refund, I decided to take the order which I didn't want because they can't refund me, I love chicken licken but today's experience was pathetic, I will never ever buy chicken licken again
