Pathetic Service at Chicken Licken or is it Rat Licken

I visited the Chicken Licken at Morena Mall in Mmabatho for a quick snack while on lunch. Firstly when I got there I had to wait in the Drive Thru or Fly Thru as they call it until the lady was done doing whatever she was doing then while waiting I had to watch while a Rat was being chased out of the back of the Chicken Licken Branch by the Manager and Staff member. Then after paying when collecting the order I was told to wait in the parking area for it and only received it after 10 minutes. I wasted a whole 30 mins at Chicken Licken and got back to work late.
