Pathetic service at Chicken Licken malvern

Purchased dinner at the Malvern store and sat at the store with my family for dinner. There are no paper plates or anything available at the store for seated customers so I had to tear up the boxes and use as plates. There was some left over from the family meals that we purchased so I asked the staff behind the counter for something to take away my food. These people refused and expected me to carry my left overs out in my hands. There were a few pieces of chicken, rolls, wings that I needed to pack away but I was told that it's there policy that they can't help and it's my problem. The manager has no customer service experience whatsoever. He was rude and loud and had no way of dealing with my situation in a professional manner. Just a really miserable experience at Chicken Licken.
