Pathetic service at Chicken Licken Bushbuckridge

Pathetic customer service at Chicken Licken Bushbuckridge!

We bought food worth R200.00 at their drive+thru. As we collected our order we asked for a straw and were told we will only be given a straw if we buy something to drink!

The teller called his manager who decided it's better to give us a refund than to give us a straw! We asked for the complaints number, he just walked away!

All of this drama because we asked for a straw! What madness!
