pathetic service

order a meal which I was suppose to go and collect went 20mins later its not ready was told to come back after a while I go back the meal reserved for me is sold and I ask why since I had been there earlier the cashier tells me there is nothing she can do as there is no meat and she even tells me I am confused because I don't know what I want and for me is was simple the only thing I wanted was my meal that I had order she even gives me an attitude telling that meal was not paid for but how do I pay when I ordered through the phone she really needs to go for proper customer care training
