PATHETIC SERVICE!!

On the 05 August at approximately 11:40am i called through to Chicken Licken The Boulders Shopping Centre and requested for a delivery to be made in the surrounding area, the guy that answered the phone asked me to hold on for his manager to take the order which I had to wait about 5 minutes before the manager took my order, after giving him all my details and placing my order he advised it would take around 45 minutes to arrive. After waiting for one hour i proceeded to call them again which the line was constantly engaged right until 3:00pm and there was no sign of the delivery nor anyone giving me a call and i couldn't call them as they must have left the phone off the hook. <br> <br> i am a regular customer at chicken licken's nationwide and never in my life have i received such pathetic service. I will definitely never ever order at that chicken licken again.<br> <br> Till now there is no sign of my order this is ridiculous!!!<br> <br> I am highly disgusted at the pathetic service!!
