Pathetic Service

The time is 9:13, we are queing outside a store that was supposed to have opened at 9:00. Martha Seshoka the cashier that has served me is not concerned about the fact that i have taken my time to wait 10 minutes for a store that was supposed to have opened at 9. now i have been waiting for 23 minutes. 9:17 i have placed my order to find out the chips are not ready. Nobody seems interested in the fact that 9:20 i have been waiting for a simple order of wings and chips I'm sure KFC would have taken care of my order quicker and with more concern abut the sevice i am getting now. Only when i tell them i no longer want the order and want my money back, things seem to happen. 9:25 My order is dumped on the counter, no acknolwedging my patience, no thank you, the eoman doesn't even look at me. When everybody in the service industry is hammering for exceptional, world class service, Chicken Licken is hiring people that clear do not give a rat about service. Will I go back for this kind if disgusting service, MOST DEFINATELY NOT!
