Pathetic service

I just can’t take the horrible service I get from chicken licken Wilgeheuwel. This branch is a disaster, the staff is full of attitude , *********** and rude. I had made a decision months ago that I will never set my foot inside that branch, I will only use the drive through but still the service is the same. I no longer eat chicken licken, the service from this branch made me to hate it, I always go there because my 5 year old daughter loves the love me tender burger, I find my self there 3 to 4 times in a week.

Yesterday I went in the drive through and was told the burger will be ready in 2 min, I must go park they will bring my order, guess what I was there for 28 min , when I went inside , I found a group on them sitting by the door, I went to the count and asked that lady about the 2 min she told me about and her response was “I was gonna come” no apology just attitude. I am fed up of this branch!!!
