Pathetic service

12 March 2017. Wanted to place an order for sliders, the lady at the counter who was still having a conversation with the other staff, advised that they don't have sliders or burgers. I then asked for hot wings, unapologetically, she then advised that they don't have anything. The staff were rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing them by even atempting to place an order. Trading hours state they open till 9pm, it is 8pm... Why remain open if you can not provide service?
