Pathetic service

<p>Went to chicken licken drive thru north gate this evening at 8:10pm and ordered a family meal....was told that it would take 4 minutes and I should wait in the parking lot and someone would bring it to me. By by 8:36 I could not wait any longer and my wife had went in and they said that it will take another 3 minutes as it was still in the oven.....the lady then told my wife that they said it would take 15 minutes when the order was taken which is a clear lie as we both had heard 4 minutes. The lady was rude and then the owner had then walked in saying that he would look into the matter. I am very disappointed in the service I had because I had my family and baby in the car waiting for supper and it was late.</p>
