Pathetic service

Good day. My name is Bridgette, I was at Chicken Licken Cresta on the 10th of August 2021 at 11:43:10 the lady who served me was Simeleni. I bought Soul Sister 2 Deluxe the service I got and the quality of my meal was not of chicken licken standard the chips were cold the meat was cold and I asked for hot and I got mild I have to say I'm disappointed and I don't think I will be going back there if that's how they treat their customers.
